Please provide the patient name, arch to be restored, final impression or digital scan, bite relationship, tooth shade, and prescription. Physical impressions/models and STL files are both accepted.

For cases with specific esthetic requirements, please also provide reference photographs, preferred tooth mould, tooth arrangement instructions, or the patient’s existing denture when available.

2. What is the typical production time for a full acrylic denture?

Production time is usually 3–4 working days, depending on case complexity and the level of customization required.

3. How do you confirm the bite relationship and tooth setup?

The denture is designed according to the submitted bite record, jaw relationship, prescription, and available clinical references.
