Layered Zirconia Implant CrownWe use a layered zirconia implant crown that consists of a durable zirconia framework and hand-layered porcelain for an enhanced esthetic. They offer natural translucency, realistic coloring, and reliable strength for implant-supported restorations. Digital fabrication improves fit accuracy and supports predictable long-term function. They are well suited for visible implant cases requiring superior appearance.

Multilayer Zirconia Implant CrownBestoDental multilayer zirconia implant crowns consist of a natural built-in gradient of shades and translucency within the restoration. They provide a beautiful look without a porcelain overlay and are strong and durable. Precision digital manufacturing provides accurate implant fit and reliable long-term performance. They are suitable for both anterior and posterior implant restorations.

High Translucency Zirconia Implant CrownOur high translucency zirconia implant crowns are developed for implant restorations where natural esthetics are the highest priority. The advanced zirconia material provides improved light transmission while maintaining dependable strength for everyday function. Digital production ensures precise implant fit and consistent restoration quality. They are an excellent choice for highly visible anterior implant cases.

ASC Zirconia Implant CrownBestoDental ASC zirconia implant crowns are designed with an angled screw channel to improve screw access in challenging implant positions. They combine precise digital manufacturing with durable zirconia construction for stable fit and reliable long-term function. The angled channel helps preserve esthetics while maintaining a convenient screw-retained restoration design. They are ideal for implant cases with limited screw access.

3. Aesthetics
Our aesthetics of zirconia implant crowns
1) Natural tooth-like translucency
Zirconia materials can be crafted to give natural light transmission and shade matching, enabling implant crowns to match seamlessly with the surrounding dentition.
2) Several zirconia varieties to achieve personalized esthetics.
Monolithic, layered, multilayer, and highly translucent zirconia crowns provide dentists with an opportunity to strike a balance between the strength and esthetics in different situations.
3) Excellent soft tissue integration
The smooth, highly polished zirconia surface supports a natural emergence profile and contributes to an esthetic appearance around peri-implant soft tissues.
4) Stable long-term color performance
Zirconia exhibits very good colour stability, resistance to staining and preserves its natural appearance for years in clinical service.
5) Precise anatomical contour
Digital CAD/CAM manufacturing reproduces accurate tooth morphology and occlusal anatomy for highly natural implant restorations.
Order FAQs
1. A zirconia implant crown case requires the following information:
Enter the patient’s full name, implant tooth location and implant system/ platform size. Check if restoration is screw-retained and/or cement-retained and ask for a custom abutment if applicable. STL or PLY scan files, antagonist arch scans, bite registration, and shade selection are also necessary to ensure an accurate and esthetic restoration.
2. Do you accept digital impressions and which systems are supported?
Yes. We fully support digital workflows and accept STL and PLY files from most major intraoral scanners, including 3Shape, exocad, Medit, iTero, and Dental Wings. Open-format files can be imported directly into our CAD/CAM production system for zirconia implant crowns.
3. What is the average production time for zirconia implant crowns?
Most zirconia implant crown cases are completed within 3 to 5 working days after all required case information and design approval are received. Cases involving customized implant components or complex esthetic requirements may require additional production time.
4.Which implant systems can be used with zirconia implant crowns?
We can accept a variety of great implant systems for our zirconia implant crowns. Please include the brand of the implant, connection type, platform size, or scan body information for proper design of the restoration.
5. How is an accurate fit achieved for implant restorations?
The restoration is digitally designed using the provided implant library, scan body data, and digital impressions. During the CAD process, very careful consideration is given to the margins, emergence profile, proximal contacts and occlusion to ensure that there are no chairside adjustments and that the seating is accurate.
6.Can zirconia implant crowns be utilized in anterior and posterior areas?
Yes. Zirconia implant crowns are appropriate for both anterior and posterior applications. The choice of materials and restoration can be varied depending on the esthetic demands, occlusal and functional conditions.
7. What additional information helps improve occlusal accuracy?
Providing accurate bite registration, opposing arch scans, and information regarding the patient’s occlusal scheme is highly recommended. Details about parafunctional habits such as bruxism, limited interocclusal space, or special occlusal adjustments will further improve the accuracy and long-term performance of the restoration.
