Enter the patient’s full name, implant tooth location and implant system/ platform size. Check if restoration is screw-retained and/or cement-retained and ask for a custom abutment if applicable. STL or PLY scan files, antagonist arch scans, bite registration, and shade selection are also necessary to ensure an accurate and esthetic restoration.

2. Do you accept digital impressions and which systems are supported?

Yes. We fully support digital workflows and accept STL and PLY files from most major intraoral scanners, including 3Shape, exocad, Medit, iTero, and Dental Wings. Open-format files can be imported directly into our CAD/CAM production system for zirconia implant crowns.

3. What is the average production time for zirconia implant crowns?
