1. Impression case

Sending an impression or digital case to Bestodental is fast and easy. Just follow the simple steps below to ensure smooth communication and efficient turnaround.

Step 1: Fill Out the RX Form

Download our RX form, print it, and complete the necessary fields. You’re also welcome to use your clinic’s own prescription form.

Be sure to include details such as restoration type, shade, margin preference, material choice, turnaround time, and any special instructions.

Step 2: Pack Your Case Securely

Proper packaging ensures your models arrive safely and intact. Damaged impressions or models may delay your case and require remakes.

• Use bubble wrap or foam to protect models.
• Place RX form inside the box and label each item clearly.
• For rush cases, clearly mark “URGENT” on both the outside of the package and the RX form.

Step 3: Arrange International Shipping

We receive shipments through DHL, UPS, or your courier of choice. For speedy turn-around, we recommend the following services:
