1. How many technicians are in your dental lab?
We have more than 100 technicians, including 10 master technicians.
2. What are the main products in your dental laboratory?
Bestodental is a full-service dental laboratory located in Shenzhen, China, where we specialize in all kinds of denture engineering. For example: crowns and bridges, removable restorations, implants, precision attachments, and orthodontics.
3. Do you have any certificates for your dentures?
Yes, we have an FDA certificate, an ISO9001:2008 certificate, and an ISO9001:2003 certificate.
4. Do you offer warranty service?
Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty for fixed restorations and a 1-year warranty for removable restorations. Please check our corresponding product page and warranty policy for more details.
5. Are you using safety materials for your denture works?
Yes, all the materials in our laboratory have passed FDA, ISO13485, ISO9001, and CE certification.
6. Can I send you an Impression or module?
Yes, you can send us a Silicon impression with a bite (when necessary).
7. What’s your Payment terms?
Once our lab has sent you the full case, a detailed invoice will be issued via email. A monthly statement containing each invoice number and charge. Full payment is due within one week of the billing date. Monthly statements will be issued on or before the 5th of each month. We accept bank transfers and PayPal payments and require all customers to pay on time.
8. What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not require a minimum order. Please contact us for your individual solution.
9. How about Turnaround time?
Usually, our turnaround time is 7 days. This includes 3 days of laboratory turnaround time and 4 days in transit. For less frequent shipments, we recommend that dentists allow a 12-day turnaround time. Sometimes, there may be delays due to shipping or customs reasons.
10. Can I send test cases?
Yes! We encourage you to send test cases so you can thoroughly evaluate our service. Contact us for details.
11. How are costs calculated?
There are basically three parts to determining the cost for each case:
- Labor – determined by our rate schedule. Contact us for a quote.
- Noble and High Noble Alloy – You pay only for the alloy that is needed; Noble and High Noble alloys are charged in grams of casting weight.
- Shipping – Use our DHL Express or UPS Express account numbers to get a 50% discount on shipping for sending your cases to our lab and we will add the shipping costs to your invoice. You pay only one invoice for the lab work and shipping.
12. Who pays for shipping?
When you send it to us, you are responsible for shipping costs. When we send it back, we cover the shipping costs! If necessary, we can send you a shipping label. Also please notify us of the tracking number when you ship your cases to us.
Please be aware that all shipments are subject to routine customs inspections that can cause delays (although this is a very rare occurrence).
13. How should I pack?
In order to better serve you, we recommend that you follow the following packaging steps before shipping:
- Use bubble wrap to wrap all impressions and models and place them in suitable bio-bags. (Please do not send an alginate impression)
- Insert the filled prescription into the shorter front pocket of the bio bag.
- Each case must have its own biological bag for proper identification.
- Pack-wrapped creature bags in boxes and multiple boxes can be shipped in one box.
- Foam is used to fill the remaining space of the box to prevent the model from being knocked during transit.
- There should be nothing loose when you shake the box.
- Seal the case securely with packing tape.
14. How do you handle remakes?
This rarely happens but when it does, remakes are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like us to remake a product, please send the original case and lab slip with a new impression and an explanation of the specific problem. If the mistake was made within our lab, we will remake the case at no charge. Please check our dental implant warranty policy for more details.
15. What is your policy on confidentiality?
Bestodental has a strict confidentiality policy with all its clients. We will never divulge your name or information to any third party for any reason.
16. What is the workflow of your dental lab?
1. Quote Contact
You can send me inquiry information by phone or email. You can learn any details about dental design. This includes finding out about dental outsourcing prices, turnaround times, shipping methods, and more. We will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. 2. Send an Order
You can send us orders by mailing impressions/models and by emailing STL files and case descriptions. Bestodental Lab will examine the model/file and put the denture order into production.
3. Design and Production
Bestodental Lab may have problems designing a order dental. Be prepared to check your email and shipping confirmation information for problems.
4. Send Back
Bestodental Lab sends the box back using an international Courier service, which takes 1-3 days, depending on your location. When you receive your dental product, we would appreciate your quick feedback on the quality of your case. We are happy to solve any dental design problems that are bothering you.
