Full Service Dental Lab from China
Established in 2012, BestoDental is a full-service dental laboratory in Shenzhen, China, relied upon by over 1,000 dental clinics and laboratories across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. We provide a comprehensive range of dental solutions to address global clinical demands, including E.MAX, full-cast, implant-supported restorations, and orthodontic appliances, as well as PFM and zirconia crowns.
Our facilities include 1 full dental lab and 1 implant-only department, enabling us to efficiently process both high-volume general cases and difficult custom work. With over 200 trained technicians and a seasoned implant team with more than 10 years of experience, we support a monthly production capacity of over 20,000 dental cases.
All restorations are precision-crafted using FDA-approved and CE-marked materials. Our manufacturing process is based on an efficient assembly-line workflow, ensuring consistent quality and high production efficiency.

Dental Lab Manufacturing Network
To ensure faster turnaround, flexible scalability, and consistent quality across all case types, BestoDental operates a centralized core laboratory supported by a managed network of long-term partner labs located in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Huizhou. Each partner laboratory operates under BestoDental’s unified standards and digital workflow system to ensure consistent quality and coordination.
In addition to dental laboratories, our manufacturing ecosystem includes selected dental material manufacturers and dental supplies factories, enabling better control over material quality and production continuity.
For large-volume or technically demanding cases, production is flexibly allocated within this network to maintain stable delivery timelines and consistent clinical outcomes. When partners require assistance sourcing dental-related products beyond restorations, BestoDental provides manufacturing-led sourcing support through its established network, with all products evaluated for quality and compliance before delivery.

Our lab is equipped with essential digital and manual equipment such as 3Shape and Exocad design stations, 5-axis milling machines, sintering furnaces, porcelain ovens, casting units, and 3D printers for models and guides.
We also operate a thermoforming center for night guards and retainers. With our in-house digital department and coordinated production workflow, we support both traditional impressions and STL file submissions, ensuring precision and efficiency across all restoration types.
