What's the payment?
An itemized invoice is released via email once the completed cases have been sent to you from our lab. A monthly statement containing each invoice number and charge. Full payment is required within one week of statement day. A monthly statement will be issued on or before the 5th day of each month We accept payment through bank transfer and Paypal.
How about Turnaround time?
Usually, our turnaround time is 7 calendar days from the time you ship the cases until you receive them from us. We will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. Occasionally there will be a delay due to shipping or customs.

Dental Implants Warranty Policy
Bestodental offers 5 years warranty for our dental implants. In most situations, we will repair the case free of charge. However, there may be additional charges in the following circumstances:
- If the original dental restoration in not returned to us.
- If the case is re-prepped and a new impression is sent.
- If the shade is different from the original order.
- If the restoration materials are different from the original order.
- If we asked for a new impression and you asked us to proceed without one.
- If we advised you that we could not guarantee the quality of this order and you asked us to proceed anyway.
- If we requested a try-in and you asked us to proceed and finish directly.
- If we received no study model for anterior for anterior cases and/or no specific directions
